So its not reaching from the Slave Cylinder to the retainer tab thingy? Don't know mine fit fine, but I can't imagine that there would be one that was off by 3 inches.

Yea I just recieved mine, it was also about 3 inches too short.
Came up with a good solution:
Not on the MKII, but on alot of cars the upper part of the radiator is attached to the upper support with screws that are surrounded with thick rubber washer/ cushion things which vary in size anywhere from the equivilant to a stack of AMERICAN quarters to a stack of Nickles. Take one of these take out the screw and the metal sleeve the screw runs through. Cut a slice through one side of the rubber so the clutch line will fit right in, then pop the rubber surround in the retainer bracket. The rubber is tight enough against the line to prvent it from slipping and it protect it from rubbing against the retainer bracket.
I did not take pics...and I'm not going back under my car....its cold outside!!

just keep wondering if it moves when i press in the clutch i doubt it does tho. There's no room for guessing when it comes to brakes. I say, talk to Aaron to get it resolved, safely.

:imwithst:
I did a Mk3 group buy back a few months ago...the ends where wrong; after weeks and weeks of  and a little :buttkick: they finally shipped the replacements...only to be wrong again...somehow I feel these guys want to screw up their Dealers.
I can say with 120% confidence that this isn't Aaron's fault...good luck.
