I have no idea if the complete package would work for you, but I have an 81 Celica Sunchaser, 5-speed just sitting here. Tranny is fine, also the clutch is OK. All you might need is the correct bell housing to do the swap.

The A43D that Damon is offering will work fine, but just be aware that there are some subtle/minor differences in the gear ratio's. If you want something that has identical ratio's, then the A40D that Devin is offering is the one. Up to you!!!
