Headlights and fogs dead

My foglights went out a few days ago, BTW I have the rewire done. Then the next day my headlights went out. The highbeams work but no lowbeams. The problem is my highbeams flicker when I hit big bumps, then one day the highbeams died too. I replaced one side and they both worked again so I put the old bulb back in and it worked fine (no lows though). Now I replace both bulbs with brand new ones and still no lowbeams, and still no fogs.
I searched for this problem and found out about the relay behind the driver door vent, so i'll check this but what about the fogs and lowbeams?

I had same problem w/no lows but had highs. After checking and or replacing darn near everthing that unbolted/unplugged I found a big weather tight connector (white) below/behind battery that had a bunch of corrosion inside. Once that was cleaned out (electronic spray and dialectric grease) my low beams are back.
As far as fogs, have you rechecked the spliced wires under your console? That was my problem once. Also there is a CB for fogs in the kick panel that can be reset with a paperclip. Good luck HTH
