Just a bit of info I dug up that I thought I would pass on for people who are looking for larger injectors that the 5M ecu will handle.
Most agree that the largest injector the 5M ecu can handle without major AFM mods ora piggy back controller is a 250cc/min injector. So, for various reasons, I have been looking for an injector in that range and here's what I dug up.
Just so happens that the 1UZ uses a 251 cc/min injector. Its a high impedance injector, so you will have to bypass the resistor packs, like you would to use the 295's but thats no biggie. Its a red topped injector, and I beleive you will need the clips too...
Honda makes a 240 CC injector as well. Its also a high impedance injector, like the 1UZ. I know for a fact it is in the 93 H22 motors... probably others too, but at least thats a starting place to look. Someone may want to test this one for fit first tho, because while it looks like it uses standard Boasch style bungs, the body seems to be a weird size in the pic.. tho that may have just been the pic.
