View Full Version : 1985 Supra MA67 P-Type 5MGE 5-Speed

I hate to do this, but due to my work I am traveling quite a bit and don’t have the time or facilities to continue this project.
-Balanced & Blueprinted the 5MGE 0.30 over. (all machine and Dyno work done at Loynings of Portland)
-new 300 ft/lb clutch
-rebuilt and balanced driveline and CV joints
-new 3.93 TRD LSD differential
-Rabid Chimp cold air intake
- Rabid Chimp overbore throttle body
-High-Flow 2.5 inch catalytic converter
-custom 2.5 inch exhaust system w/ Flowmaster Muffler
-The car comes w/ uninstalled KONI adjustables, Eibach Pro Kit, and Addco Swaybars.

All driveline components and engine have always been lubed with synthetic and Energy Release.
The car is solid, clean and straight, there is a small dent in the RRQpanel. The stock mags are in excellent condition.
The leather interior in very good condition
over $6000 invested into the drivetrain. This is an awesome value for the MK2 builder. All that’s left is to do is the body & paint. I would like to find a good home for this car, see it gone the rest of the way to primo restore.

All for only $3000.

OMG, It IS my car!

The wife is freaking. She wants it back.

If anyone needs any info on the engine in this car check my website. All the turbo components have been removed though.

Someone turbo this thing again.

I would be half tempted to buy it back if I didnt live so far away.

I miss that car.

Unfortunatly I have an 88T I am in the process of heavily modding and trying to get our 94 BMW 530i sold. I just dont have the room, time or money right now.

This is a really nice MkII. I don't want to ruin a nice Supra like this. Too many plan for my next Mk2. :twisted:

If that car wasn't brown, I have no doubt that it would be sold right now. I can't believe it has lasted this long. Good luck Magi with the sale.

Did you sell it yet? Just curious.

It seems like it is a bad time to try and sell cars. I have had my damn BMW for sale for months.
