Where is the US EPC (electronic parts catalog)?

So I have found the european and japanese epc's for download, but I can't seem to find the US one. Can anyone help me out?

the part numbers you get from the euro discs are almost 100% fully interchangeable

Just select the right car... as the Euro parts list I think has the US part numbers, I got parts from America because the euro numbers and parts bin aren't avaliable.
