I want to purchase a 1982 Supra AFM (part#22250-43110...anyone got one?) for my 22RE'd truck. I was wondering how I should test the AFM (using an ohmmeter) and what numbers should I get.

Correct! The 82 AFM is the oddball of the bunch with a Vb terminal as well as a Vs terminal. Autoshop 101 has a perfect description of the 82 AFM.
