Pre 85 turn signal mod????

Does anybody think it would be possible to rewire the non-wrap around type front turn signals to illuminate like the parking lights yet also flash. I know many other cars have this set-up with the 2 filiment bulbs.

You can most probably fit a 2 contacts lamp base in there.
It just a question of making it fit !
