Is anyone running 245/45x17" tires? If yes, please list the offset (or backspacing) on your wheels. I presume if anyone is on this sized tire - most are from the ROH Snyper wheel with +17mm backspacing on the fronts. Please advise if you have any rubbing anywhere - tire liner, outer flare, etc..and if you are on lowered springs (ST, Eibach, Dobbins, King, etc...). Thanks...Jay B in AZ

Hey Jay, I'm using 235/45-17 for the fronts (Braids) that has +10 offset. With stock springs and struts, it rubbed slightly on the fender liner when it bottomed. It clears the outer flare. Now I have Eibach with Koni struts. Even though it's slightly lower on the front it don't rub (guess I have not bottomed yet as the susp is a little stiffer). HTH.
Whoops, I 1st thought I had 245/45-17 just changed to 235/45-17 above. sorry...

Thanks Mike and Shawn... I think 245/45x17 will rub inner fender liner near the flare on a "0" offset 8" wheel since it is 1" taller than the 245/45x16 I have on 1 set of wheels and these also get real close where the IC pipe bulges the inner fender liner a little.. oh well.. I'll rethink tire selection if 17x8 wheels come into my future...Gotta get those QA1 coilovers on... Jay B in AZ
