Rear Diff

I have heard that the MKII's have issue's with the rear diff being noisy. I was wondering what fliud works the best for the LSD differentials? I am taking my '83 out of storage and I will be changing all the fluids on it. I have heard that the Ford fliud works wonders on the MKII diffs. Can anybody give me some pointers? :)

Redline 75W90 with the additive premixed works well for me. Amsoil makes some comparable products as well.
