Diameter of pulley.

Width of pulley outside edge to outside edge.

Width of inner pulley groove (ie, this would be the approximate belt width)

I found a replacement single pulley for the Project Frosty compressor (5M application).

They should be all the same.

The project frosty pulley will be different size, but I want to get as close a match as possible.

Thanks. :badger:

My AC pulley is making ungodly annoying screaching noises when there as been condensation so I'll be removing my AC soon as well. I'll give you the dimensions of my pulley unless of course turbogoo1 gives it to you first.

Groovie :badger:

The Seltec least expensive is a pre-packaged compressor with a 5.4" dual pulley wheel and clutch.

This will run the compressor a bit faster, but advantageous since
it will pressurize R134a better.

There is a single, 6.5" pulley, but it's a seperate item. So you will have to buy
the dual pulley, then pay another $150+ for a single pulley w/clutch.

Personally, if I had a 5M, I would go with the dual pulley, and saw off the
inboard section to make it look like a single pulley.
