Any CAD Exhaust Flange files exist?

Hello All,

Does anyone have a CAD drawing of an 2.5" or 3.0" 3 bolt exhaust flange after the turbos for a Toyota Motor (i.e. 7MGTE, 1JZGTE, 2JZGTE). A location/private message in finding the diagram would be great as I need to start making the exhaust system but I have no flange to go up to the factory manifold...

what part of the factory manifold?

ive got cad, and ive spent a little time drawing up exhaust flanges, but im not sure whether you mean the elbow or the downpipe?

I'm hoping a file as I would like to get it made out of 316 grade stainless steel and have it used as the exhaust flange as well as the flanges to and from the cat...

I'd focus on building a flange for the turbine housing (staggered 4bolt flange), then weld on a 3" elbow with a wastegate dump to feed into it. That cast elbow is hella restrictive.

I made my flange from mild steel; huge mistake. 301 1/4HD or better will suffice for any flanges.

already got a drawing for the turbine housing flange, but its not proofed.

wouldnt want to send it to someone for cutting till i get a spare moment at work to test fit it.

been puttering around on the downpipe flange, not quite done, but close.

That is the turbo flange... I'm looking for the 3 bolt flange which hooks onto the factory (1JZGTE) turbo manifold to the 3" exhaust pipe...

I could use a 1JZ 3 bolt flange for myself as well. I need to get some flanges cut. The thing is that the flange is the same as CT26 3 bolt elbow BUT a little different. For some reason not every CT26 flange I have tried will work on the 1JZ, even though the pattern is the same. I think the studs are a hair larger in bolt circle diameter. As long as you make the 3 bolt flange with enlarged holes to accomodate, it will work.

I'd like the center hole at least 3" ID.


That guy on ebay is hilarious, he coated the flange before welding it!

Here in Australia, it's hard to find a exhaust shop stocking it as it's virtually non existant (from where I've been searching). I just need the CAD drawing so I can take it to a local CNC Engineering place where they will cut one/a few up so I can use it...
