wait for it... someone might answer this....
umm... well, probably not. This isn't something most people do. so, you're pretty much on your own here, once the stuff is out.. weigh it, figure out the wiring and fans (are you seriously going to use PC fans?!?!?!) and you'll be all sorted out....

Way too much work, for minimal gains. If your really going to go that far,at least look into RV or boats for actual 12 volt defogg systems.
Personaly,a complete AC delete, with a celica non ac center box "ac core box" drops the biggest portion of the weight, yet retains full function of the rest of the system.

celica non-ac core box?
i just emptyed my stock one of the AC stuff, is the celica one smaller or something, to improve air flow? and it wouldn't have the holes in it that go to the engine bay to leak air out either.

Definately smaller box.....like....you can SEE the hole for the engine harness and actualy reach the wires.I have pics, just need to find and post.I went this route as much for space as anything. The AEM ECU will now fit behind the glove box,as it was too large for the stock location.

Im going to be using 3 inch PC fans, about 40 CFM per fan, which is more than the stock system will blow 40X5 = 200 CFM.
Run the stock blower on high speed and see if you still think your calculations are correct. 4 or 5 PC power supply cooling fans would probably weigh just about as much as the stock blower and draw just about the same amount of current. Resistance wire is actually one of the most inefficient ways to produce heat. The amount of current required per BTU of thermal output can be pretty high.
You could completely gut the dash and engine bay of all A/C and heating components and install an RV heat pump like Shawn suggested, but those things aren't light and might look kind of silly mounted on the roof of a MKII. If all you want is heat and no A/C, you might be able to get a small, self-contained DC powered heater unit from J.C. Whitney that plugs into the cig. lighter socket...or maybe some type of ceramic disc heater.

Shawn,
Please post pics if you find them. I'd like to go this route with my 82 race car, as it's been hacked up in that area and I'm not really happy with the results.
Thanks very much.

I'll look guys, think they are on the PC,def. not on the notebook.....Hell,I'll go take a couple more.Straight bolt in,just gotta figure a way to mount the coil pack looking things that mount to the bottom "yeah, not very technical,I'm lazy and don't want to look for the correct name" :p

Low res. pics so they would load fairly quick.
Thanks Shawn.
Looks like I need to make a trip to the junkyard.
Can I get this part from any 82-85 Celicas? In other words, does year matter and are GT and GTS models the same?
Thanks again.

More than likely,it'll be an st or gt.Has to be non A/C car,82-5 celica. The pics don't do justice, the extra room is freakin sweet.Like I said a few posts back.....I can actualy see the wiring harness whole...just dark when I took the pics.I'll try to get a better shot, with the main shop light, lighting the hole.

Ahh! That's a good opening to mount the autobox (LMA-3)...
