Well I know I dont really need the AC anymore but I want to fix everything. I swapped the motor trans everything. Car runs good but I think I found where to plug in the AC compressor so I plugged it in. I used the wire coming from the coil/ignitor. I think thats right being the coil I had a bare wire and I found both plug connectors on the AC wire. Well when I plug it in the motor has a miss and the clutch on the AC compressor is on even when I have it turned it off. Its getting power all the time it seems and giving my car a bad hesitation. I am just getting all the kinks out of this car and this i believe is the last one till at least tomorrow or until I fix this one at least. Any help thatnks ! Kevin

IIRC, there is 2 plugs that could mate around there.
I guess Murphy was around and you tooked the 'other' one.
It should disengage when the switch is OFF
Check it out !

No, leave the plug coming from the coil/ignitor disconnected.
Find another one below the coolant reservoir that fits the AC clutch.
(This is fromwhat I can remember when doing some cleaning in that area.
The is 2 plugs, single wire, that could be easilly mix-up (on my 85)

Well I think I found the wire. Its black with a red stripe. It doesnt get power at all. Replaced some relays that i realized were relays for the AC an no difference. The push button lghts up and the wire leading to the AC pump or compressor with the belt gets no power. This is why I want to sell all my Supra's too much time into them

The only thing remaining between the A/C switch and the clutch is the pressure switch,
located inside, about at the evaporator.
If refregerant (R12 / R134a) pressure is low, it will prevent the clutch to engage.
A running compressor without lubrificant, normally mixed with the refregerant will not
run long...

What could be bad the pressure switch, or Should i put a charge and see if it works ?

If it has not work since long time, it is probably because it is discharged.
There could be (probably is) a leak in the system.
