Funny paper crumpling noise in Supra

I was sitting at a light and the radio was off ...and i heard a crumpling noise coming from the back ..very very low though have to listen carefully.....but as i revved the engine the noise would speed up with the rpm....

Fuel Pump? (if so ..big job?)

Another nice thing about our cars - they can do impressions. The sound of a fifty dollar bill being wadded up and tossed at the attendant on your next fill up.
Actually, you need to be a little more specific about the sound. Mine makes a noise at the light because of the heatshield for the cat and even changes from revving. When you say low do mean as in frequency or volume?
BTW, is your first name Harrison or your last, like mine.
