ok here is teh quick story, went to get my supra 1 month ago, batterie was dead, charged it, all was fine, now yesterday at 8pm, decently warm out still here in British Columbia, i went to get my friend, got home at 830, then at 1030 this is all taken place at night, i get in my car and turn the key, NOTHING happens but a relay that clicks, thats what i think it is. So i leave it, take friend home, when i get back, i swapped out the batterie for one with not much charge that i was going to get jumped off another car, didnt end up getting jumped so i leaved my car, today around 5pm i went to see if i coudl tell what was wrong, got in, and it starteD!!!! then at 11pm i went to start it again, same problem, wont turn over, just makes a single CLICK sound. Has anyone had this probebly, im guessing its a batterie? also, my car almost died on me at a stop sign :S is there a problem when something is cold? all info would be great

Clean you battery terminals. Maybe you left something inconspicuous turned on.

Make sure everything is turned off, make sure you terminals are clean. Start with the easy stuff. Check cables for corrosion.

most likely the starter contacts have went bad, you can either replace the contacts....you'll have to ask were to get them i dont' know....for around 15 bucks, or get a toyota replacement which is around 100 but will last for awhile.

starter contacts are so fricken easy to change. $3.00 worth of copper contacts, and WATCH how it comes apart. 5 minute job.
reinstalling the starter.... PRICELESS
