Well, here is my question. When I drive my supra under 3000 rpm and come to a stop it idles somwhat normal, but if i run it hard and go up to about 7psi and come to a stopit idles funny and some times cutts off. one of my friends said that it was the worn out blow off valve. I have a 7mgte with a stock blow off valve. is he right if i replave the blow off valve will it fix it? what else should i check out?

Have you gone through the testing procedures to check to see if the stock BOV is worn out??? Has been covered oodles of times on the SOGI list & probably on the SupraForums & SupraMania. A leaking/defective BOV can cause something like leaking vacuum symptoms.
