Just got back tonight. I had a blast and filled up 4 cameras. I met some of you guys and you are all pretty cool. Got their 1pm on Wed. and went on the scenic drive on Thurs. We were in a White 87 Turbo Targa, and we had a blast. Alot of cars showed up. after scenic drive some on the way back desided to do some little Highway runs(140mph) and we all were crusin and one MkII cought my attention, white 7m I think it was dave sheperd I dont remember, I just remember the Dyno day and seein a young guy walk up as they announced Dave Sheperd for the award. I was surprised. Still yet to meet him face to face.
Second day was show-and-shine. We counted about 140 supras total, including 1 MkI. About 70 of those MKIVs. Of corse Jay B. won half of the MkII awards. Very clean car, pics do no justice. :hail:
Dyno Day/Track Day
Well sence we are practically Ryan Woons regulars, we already had our share and have been discussing with him and his friends power numbers. We practically live at Virtual Works when no events were on. Ill get straight to the invitationals, Saad Saad broke again, BHG, This is after SSMS straped him on the Dyno wrong, and one privateer from Final stage Racing, nearly shreaded the shit out of both their tires, I even got a peice of Saads Tire. Cody P. (WOTM) shreded his tire, but not befor putin down 1081hp on all boost. Woon of corse pegged the dyno. The night previous Cody ran a 9.0 at the track, we left befor that because we didnt want to stay out to watch at 2am, so busy. Woons best run of the official track day was 9.1sec.
I met Zank,TRD Drifter, Elmsman, SupraGuy, Lesley, The Chimp, and the supra sport guys(spelling?) Wanted to meet Junkie and others and I missed the MkII dinner/ get together
It was fun and I had a great time, see you guys next year.
PS: who put a box of 7m parts outside of the Dyno and labeled them free, cause I have them now in my garage, Throttle Body, intake main, ps pump, various brackets, and the ISC and TPS.
