Take a look at this. I know we are a MKII based forum, but this was ironic.

The 2007 Jag XK is a beauty but haven't we seen this design somewhere before?

hmmph? maybe the last generation Supras?

They look amazingly similar to me, What's everyone's take on this?

They look similar. Sur there are going to be design differences, but they are very close in design to me.

But remember, there' no market for a supra. :weaksauce

Check out recent Aston Martins also-Also, imho, its just the profiles that are similar-much different wheelbase, etc

I say they're somewhat similar profiles, but meh, not that close. At first I saw the top pic and I'm like..."What??? They stole the whole image of the MKIV!" Then I saw the second picture and realized the top was a MKIV for comparison purposes. The Jag still has the European/modern lines to it.

oh, theres a windshield....

seriously tho, no, i dont think they look really similar... i feel i would have NO trouble telling them apart from a block away in traffic, and thats my standard of reference.

there's nothing similar between those two cars that you couldn't identify with any sports coupe.

i think you missed his point, hes saying they both have tires windshields, etc. therefore thats similar.

I agree, the body lines, the head lights, the overall shape of the car - the cars are very very similar indeed. He's right ... damn near the same car cosmetically.

Hmmm.....the Jag looks shorter/stubbier in comparison.....I'm guessing it's a two seater rather than a 2+2???

Right - next your'e gonna tell me Malloy looks like Garth Brooks :hsugh:
