my car...ask questions.
rust-free Southern car (lived inland in MI and TN).
migrated North BEFORE Katrina!
dependable daily driver.
new windshield!
new A-pillar and center console.
door panels like new.
carpeting very good.
good seals, no leaks.
good daily driver or collector car.
CONSIDERING TRADES! '82-'86 Supra or '84-'88 Cressida. your car (like mine) must be rust-free with nice interior and strong drivetrain.
have more pics available. will post here when I figure out how...

Has it been repainted? If so how thorough a job was it? Any service records-- what has been recently replaced?
Thanks,
Shiva

Alan,
thats your car? Damn sent a question regarding Reserve price (auction_concepts). That is a nice one, how come you are selling it? I am very interested in it but it looks as though its gonna bring you more cash than I can afford...LOL. I was going to ask if you had seen the impound car in Minneapolis, looks like a great interior that I could use but wondered if yu were interested in halves....Guess not now? Anyway, If you find it in your heart to cut a fellow Supra fan a break - $2500 is about my MAX.
Take care and good luck, someone will get a nice car.

shiva, car has been painted. I am Editing this to say that paint is nice. it does need some touch-up here and there. regards records, the car came with little documentation aside from an assurance from a newlywed wife that her hubby takes very good care of his things. I visited their home in Olive Grove, MS and his condo in Memphis, TN (before the storm) and indeed he does take care of his property. regards recent service, I was informed that it has a new A/C compressor. I have been doing some interior work (new center console, new A-pillar cover). Brand new windshield. New(er) mirrors.

walkerhiboost,
I bought the car in July from Ronnie in Memphis, TN and have made a number of improvements since that time. While I was down there, he took me for a tour of the city and Sun Records, home of Elvis and Johnny Cash. We also stopped at the Flying Saucer where you can find his gold platter on the wall for having drank some 2,000 beers. At ~$3/beer... Was a nice roadtrip and a nice find (brown '84). And yes he has a white '85. Apparently he has had both cars for some time. His white '85 had no A/C, so he drove the brown (Deep Maroon) car all summer in the grueling heat. The brown '84 has ice-cold A/C!

looks like the high bidder ($2500) bailed in the middle. Reserve not met. If it was closer to me I'd snag it!
