The stock headlights on my 85 just aren't cutting it anymore so i'm lookin to go projectors. I got one on Ebay that I'm lookin @ but it describes it as for an 86-93. I have the the old school rectractables (6X7) Same as the ones described but i'm wondering if they're just interchangable.

yeah, they'll fit without problems.

I would suggest looking into Hella E-Code or similar. that cheap ebay stuff is just that... cheap. When it comes to headlights, you get what you pay for.

wrong answer.

try an rx7 or 240sx forum.

Chris, I was posting honda to emphasize the riceness of the mod.
Probably more 87ish accords out there than the rx7 or 240sx combined.

So before you post to specifically prove that you are right and I am wrong, consider that there are several correct answers, and everybody is entitled to their opinion.

Not worth loosing adaquate lighting up front... sleepy eyes look best on cars with big stubby headlights that kind of curve down into the bumper like, hachis, 240s, and fc rx7s,
the supra lights flatten out with the hood and front facet, it really isnt worth the trouble if you ask me... a couple of friends did it to mine and i wasent satisfied in the slightest to be honest.

I highly recommend Sylvania Silverstars if you do lots of night driving. And they are legal everywhere.

As far as 'sleepy eyes', just pop the hood and turn the manual twist knob on each headlight to where you want it. Reclose the hood and drive around like that untill you realize that the look just doesn't quite look right on these cars. Then just flip your lights on and off and they go back to normal.
