Well, I finally got the shop lift in a operational, so I took a few pics from under the car while I was there. SOme are kinda dark, sorry, still getting used to this camera. But you can see the one piece driveshaft, the Spicer yoke and rear coupler with the rebuildable u-joints, you can see the custom exhaust, and you can see the IC hard pipes I had made. Sorry, car is hella dirty, that damn fluid fan kicks crap everywhere!!!

And I finally found my nitrous blow down tube to make it track legal.

Looks sweet. I like your car, very clean.

Maybe a tad OT, but where did you find the R154 bellhousing that fit's a J series block?

Thanks. I still would like to get the body in nicer shape, but it's getting there.

That's an R154 tranny, that's what the 1J comes with. I got the whole clip, so I had the whole tranny, harness, all that goodness. I didn't want to use the W58 (which I still have on the back of my old motor, the 1G-GTE). It took some work to get it to fit in the body, and I put a SPEC Stage 3 clutch in it.

Here in Canada you dont need a cat on '87 and older cars. Don't know about the states though.

There is no emission inspections down here in Florida. You have to have a cat on any post '74 car by law, but they don't look unless they're being jerks ;)
