Have any of you thought about how to center and stabilize the trigger wheel onto the crank pulley? I haven't mounted mine yet, but I see where balance could be a problem. I may have a possible fix for the stability portion, but still not 100% on how I'll center it.
Also, has anybody mounted their sensor yet? Just probing around for some alternative mounting methods.
william, the wheel looks great! good job

Centering it would be relatively easy with a runout gauge.

honestly, the way its made, i figured the 4 bolts already had it centered enough, the bolts fit those holes really tight. ive seen other engines with it mounted this way with no probs. thats why it was laser cut, so it would be precise. now, the balance issue, im not sure, it is weight on the nose of the crankshaft. so i guess if building an engine it could be balanced with the rotating assembly.
also, i didnt make the wheels, just had a friend help me find a shop to do it. im glad you approve. lol. seriously i do. i was a lil worried someone would complain about them. i havent made my bracket yet. and i didnt want ot try and fab them for a group buy. too many variations. 5m and 7m with or without a/c, electric fans or mechanical, etc... i plan to try and fix the 7m soon, and while its on the stand. ill make my bracket and try to get pics from diff angles.
