Ok first off what EXACTLY DOES IT DO? click, nothing what exactly. if it just clicks then maybe the starter isnt good. did you try a jump start? if it wont start how do you know all these things are good? More information on what its doing would be helpful.

Last time that happened to me it was the fusible links up near the battery...
But, instead of jumping to sillly ass conclusions and changing stuff that doesn't need to be changed, why don't you take a moment to asnwer sickntwstdtoy? Then you'll get a few more helpful comments. Oh, and don't blow your brains out in the car. They're a royal pain in the ass to clean up ;)

k, so you've tested the starter, and it DOES spin when you put power to the solenoid? If you put good, solid power to the solenoid, and have the starter grounded it should spin. If it clicks, you may have a bad ground. Remember, the started motor's power is switched by the solenoid. The solenoid gets its own power/ground and the started gets its ground through the engine ground strap. If the solenoid is toast, the entire started is imobilized.
Check your engine ground strap and make sure all the contact points on the block and the battery terminal are GOOD and clean. If the ground is good and you have power at the starter +post and the solenoid, then you may need a starter.
I wonder if he actually did it :inout7xr:
