Good luck finding any. :)
Celica-Supra's don't have much support in that area... but there were tail-light covers. You can check on ebay if its still listed.
*Edit: found this :D which was made by Gage006 I think.

I was thinking of making some myself using the same idea as the clearcorner method, http://forums.celicasupra.com/showthread.php?t=13492 except I want to use a thicker, crystal clear plastic. Just need to find a pair of cracked taillights (using mint lights would be a no-no) and more importantly some time!

Thanks Greg. I'll check that out. I am thinking that the only way homemade "altezza" lights would good is if they were chromne plated like the ones you would buy.

Keep them if you're holding onto them for the rarity. Probably could double your money, especially after you get the brokerage and shipping fees from rinkya...
But I wouldn't put them on my car - too ricey for me.

Its funny....no auction house is safe with Aj around....lol
I think they would "look" alright if color matched. But since they are not for 82-83...me no care...;)

Altezza lights are OK on the right vehicle. But look, the MkII Supra is square, pointy, wedge shaped etc. Round, soft, curvy, ovular lights just don't match the shape. If you want round, soft, and curvy, you probably don't really like the MkII. Any designer worth his salt will tell you if you want the finished product to look good, make sure it all MATCHES.
I think something good could be done with LEDS and clear plastic, but you need to keep the shapes consistent. Maybe something more along the lines of the corvettes rounded off squares, or better yet, a rectangular of LEDs when the brakes are on with only the LEDs which form XX lit when the taillights are on.

I think they are horrible on any vehicle..
Sorry if I gave the wrong impression, I forgot what forum I was on. :duh: I am not a ricer, I have loved the Supra since I was a young lad.

Altezzas dont even look good on altezzas. Sorry but its true. If I bought a IS300, you can be sure I'd be finding some new tails.

05 Matrix is our daily driver, yeah they're better than the red blob but they have poor execution with all the lines in the lens.

Here is my opinion on the matter (not that anybody cares) - good points with matching - square + sqaure = match - what kind of idiot tries to mash a square peg in a round hole and vise versa (obviously somebody here).
MY view is - the clear tails look great on the right vehicle. My only concern with the MK2 is the size of the taillight - it covers a large section of the rear of the car so you'll always see it.
Colour is something important to consider. I light/while coloured vehicle with clear tails and I think it looks stupid because there's no contrast. Dark vehicles are meant to have these for sure.
I think with the right minds and desin tactics the clear tails might work for our cars. LED technology would be a great fit and safer too with their higher lumen intensity.
Did I miss anything not discussed here yet?

I've thought about using the forth gen tail lights but since the back is flat and way to tall I decided that they would be gay and after the visual they are.
They don't even come close to even fitting the back of the car.
If your going to change the tail lights a least make sure they fit the car.

Personaly,I wish the company had provided us with Mazda3's instead. The Matrix's suspension leaves a LOT to be desired imho
