Light problems

My Frustration level Is rising!!
I can`t seem to get the lights to lower equally, That is I can`t get them to go up and down together. I`ve adjusted the lights clockwise on the motors. I have also replaced the relay, The passenger side light has a mind of it`s own, it flaps up and down continuesly, and I can`t get it to stop, heres what happens when I turn on the parking lights they stop flapping but when I turn on the actual light switch one goes up and one keeps flapping. Do you think you know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance

IIRC there are a couple relays,will have to look at the TSRM,unless someone else remebers off the top of their head.
The flapping indicates a bad relay usualy,can't recall anything else that will cause it.

a blown stereo fuse in my car made my lights have a mind of their own. they would flap for a bit and then stop half way up but the lights were on.

The one thing about our car is that the indications (amp light with e brake light, screwy head lights) may or may not be related to what is causing the problem.
