Check Engine light???

it came on twice in the last week...once on wed. and once to work today...i was going up the mountain and saw it flash...it was on for about 30secs...and today it flashed and was on for about the same amount of time....both times i was traveling at about 50-60 mph...oil pressure and temp were fine...what else could be up? no leaks...so idk what else...my cams are on there way out but i doubt a code would fly would it?

any help or where to look suggestions would be very helpful

Have you checked the codes so the car can give you a clue about why it was flashing the check engine light at you? You know it was trying to get your attention, right? Let it finish telling you what's wrong...

I always wondered about this.

I just pop the hood and make sure the engine is still there.
