Exhaust Mani Interchange ?'s

I wanted to take off my tri-mil header and get it worked upon/sell it and I am needing a stock mainifold for a while/permanently. The question is, will an 82 l-type fit on a 83 ptype? I think that all the 5mge exhaust manis were the same, but I thought I would check with the supra gods before I head out to the junkyard, (btw, the discussion of salvage yards is quite interesting, but they tend to do quite well financially...)

Also, the same car (82 ltype) has a auto tranny and a digital dash display. If any listers are in need of a digital display, tell me and I might be able to get it for you, I am not interested in the KITT supra...

Thanks for the help with the header, I never knew how easy it is to drift away in these cars, especially with such wallowing suspension, heehehehehe.

A couple of notes on using the stock exhaust manifold.
-remember to get the shields above the stock manifold
-the stock manifold is two parts
-the lower of the two parts can be cut where the two secondaries meet and a 2.5" od pipe can be squashed into an oval and welded there - otherwise the stock downpipe is 1.75" ID.
