Huntington Station, Long Island, NY.
Interested in where everyone else lives. I only see another one or two MKII's out around here...
There's a Long Island chapter of SOGI, but they limit their membership to MKIII & IV Supra owners only.....

Depends on what part of the week ya catch me..

Normally, I am in Quantico, VA.. about 20 miles south of D.C.

About ever other weekend, I migrate north to N.E. of Philly to a town called Langhorne to be with my family, Fiance, and friends...

Vacaville, CA here (yes, the literal translation is CowTown). Used to be the onion capital of CA, now its just a bunch of old folks and commuters living here. Mk2's are a dime a dozen here. There's about 4 other than mine withing a mile or 2 of my house. Whenever I need parts, I just put on my black outfit and go for a walk around midnight :D ...j/k

You must get a different view of the memberlist than I get. :?: I'd say its about a 50/50 mix. Has always confused me why so many don't list location and email but that is just me.....

 Same here! im up here in Kamloops BC and theres a buttload of mk2 supras here.
theres a mid 80's celica GTS and a 82/83 supra P-type on my street.
A real nice black one cruises around, aparently very fast as well.
A white 84 next to my old high school.
A MINT tetra cotta 82/83 P-type parked downtown.
An abandoned rusty black one that I picked up for cheap :D .
My friend used to have a brown or red 82 (couldnt tell, it was in bad shape) before it dropped an exaust valve in #6.
Another friend of mine baught a 84 for $250 with just a dent in the fender.
and they show up in the buy and sell quite often for around 2g cdn usually rusty

man they look sharp when they're all polished up with that power bulge in the hood driving towards me.

theres a lot of em here... but mines the loudest! we should see who has the louder supra, kickinsupra

Bawsten, Massachusetts.

I see about 3-4 MK2's a year.

It would be interesting to find the demographics on where
the MK2's were sold.

I recall them being very popular in the North East.

Most, though, have been vaporized by rust.

I have seen only ONE mk2 driving on the road ever. A nice silver 84 or 85. I saw it going the other way on the interstate or I would have turned around and followed him. Thats good for me though, cuz no one has a million clones like my friends who drive civics.

I live in Fairfax, VA, but you might often see me in downtown DC also, or crusin out here in Virginia. Mine is the only Ltype that is a ptype clone (with Ptype wheel flares) that I know of.I see MkIIs every couple days and lots of MkIIIs. LOTS, there's a nice(bright red paint and NO dents) n/a one sitting at a gas station w/o an engine down the street from me. Not a turbo model tho ;-( and I was looking for the 7mgte anyway ;-)
I occasionally see MKIVs but they are pretty rare.

Haven't seen either of 'em. Trying to start a club like you would not believe. I follow any and all Supras that I see (mostly MKIIIs). Currently, there are 2 MKIIs that reside near me. One is someone's 82-83 daily beater and I mean it's a beeeeater and the other is a cherry 86 P-type silver with no motor. It's just sitting in this guy's yard getting covered by weeds. Been trying to get ahold of the owner but he never seems to answer the door.

Straight from the tough roads of York, here in Pennsylvania. Really, these roads suck, I bet they could kill racing struts in a year if you aren't careful.

I live just outside of York city, in a little town called Manchester. BTW, was there a pair of MKII's from this board in York about a month or so ago. One was turbocharged, I remember seeing them cruising together on the circuit here.

There's not that many MK2's here. I think all up, I've seen maybe 5 different ones...there's plenty of MK3's though...MK4's are semi-rare...they are around, but you hardly see them.

I live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. I don't have a Celica/Supra yet, but should have one by tomorrow or so. Offered a guy $100 (he accepted) for a 1984 Supra that has a very good condition body but lousy interior and an engine that is totally locked up. Judging by the fact that the car is totally devoid of any kind of coolant, I think we can guess what happened.
Anyway, hopefully I will pick it up tomorrow. $100! I still can't believe he accepted. I have wanted one ever since my husband (then boyfriend) sold his '83 Celica in 1994 or so.
