I have searched at APEXI.com but my Adobe Acrobat seems to be missing some sort of "Japanese packet" & it locks up anyway...

I finally have the SAFC2 in the car & the ecu out...I know the ECU pinouts from the link here: http://forums.celicasupra.com/showthread.php?t=25225

but as far as what wire is what on the SAFC itself I don't have anything to go by...the genius I bought it from said all manuals would be included but didn't give me jack.

I mostly need the AFM, ground, hot, map/tps sensor inputs as well as tach

I'd appreciate a hand if you guys could...I'm almost there...

Depending on the Year 7MGTE turbo Engine that you have, Here is what you need. Pic shown is for the 89+ engines.

Yes, thank you...my apologies but I did not inlcude that the vehicle is an 82 Supra, not a 7mgte...my fault

-edit...at a buddies house & forgot to login as the maniac--but its me.

Since I can't use the stock TPS input I have installed a "boost sensor" from an 87 MK3 turbo located on the drivers side strut tower which has a 3 wire plug. It outputs a 0-5v signal depending on the boost it senses from the manifold. The wire colors are brown, orange & white. I assume one is ground, 1 is hot, & 1 is the "signal" output....(which needs to go to the SAFC gray wire)

Do you know which is which so I know which one to run to the safc throttle signal input?

I got the wires firgured out...white=5volts/ orange=signal output to safc "throttle signal input grat wire-& brown=ground

You'll be a seasoned pro at this S-AFC crap when you're done with your car. Maybe you can do a detailed write-up since CRF Rider's page is down.

Good luck with the tuning.

Hey I found an old thread from 2003 where you posted your #'s for each rpm level but i think I lost it again....anyway a friend said if i get a fuel pressure regulator that will be the best thing to do. Im also ditching the walbro for now---too many variables here...I cant even get the car to start.

Anyway if you find that thread pm it to me again cause "supratruck" & slimfastsupra had some good input on using a mk3 boost sensor. What i need is to make sure it gets a 5v "input" because I have 12v going to it but I think that is wrong.

When this is over I am going to do a nice writeup-yes

Hey did you have trouble with the walbro leaking? I even used pipe thread sealer but the damn thing still leaks from the pipe thread fittings i used...
