Guys,
I am putting a set of CSI 3pc wheels up for sale. Read the details that follow and it should answer most questions you have.

Front 15x7.5
Rear 16x8
Offsets unknown. These wheels were made specifically for the 82-86 celica supra. The TRD catalog page that listed the wheels had a fitment chart but no offsets. Maybe one of the wheel junkies from this forum may chime in as they may have some idea as to the offsets.
These wheels were made for and sold by TRD and built by a japanese manufacturer by the name of CSI. So I guess you could call them JDM. I bought these wheels in the late 90s and have started to refinish the wheels. The wheels are fully disassembled and have had 2 of the 4 center pieces sandblasted. The hoops have been polished but have not been put on a machine to be straightened. The center caps have CSI printed on them and the center piece material is a hard shiny plastic. These pieces can be rechromed or even painted black to match the wheels. They were being used as recent as 2002 with no problems at all. I have the resources to refinish but do not wish to finish this project as I am selling instead. These wheels sold in 1991 at Horton performance in Kent WA for $475 a piece. As stated the wheels are disassembled and each wheel has 36(x4 wheels) assembly bolts and nuts. I have 142 of the 144 assembly bolts and nuts and have not had the time to outsource a new supplier as I was wanting to replace them all as the original ones are not in perfect shape. They are not bad but if you want the wheels to be perfect and shiny after spending the time to finish the project you would want to source a supplier for them. Please see the pics attached as well as looking on my website for additional pictures. The wheels are located in atlanta and will be glad to answer any questions regarding the wheels. At this time I will entertain NO TRADES! I have too much stuff already and would like a clean, smooth transaction to get these wheels out of my garage. These wheels would make a great set of racing wheels as they are incredibly light. I do not know the exact weight but could find out if someone needs to know.
