i've search on the forums and there's alot about the accel 140008 coil, but how about the accel 140012 coil; judging from the included pic, it seems like it would directly fit better than the 140008 w/o alot of modification.

i noticed there's more volt in the accel 140012...

any help would be greatly appreciative, to determine which one i should buy!

That would work fine. To answer your questions the 140012 would have the same installation issues as the MSD coil, you will have to cut or grind off the square nubs on the igninter.
