The tsrm says when the meter "deflects" to stop and tighten the screw.

Does this mean when it deflects and has continuity or when it deflects and has no continuity?
It deflects but has continuity and if I turn it barley a little more clockwise it will deflect to no continuity, where do I stop? At the first deflect with continuity showing?

Thanks :eek4dance:

I adjusted the tps so that there was continuity with a feeler guage of .5mm and no continuity at .9mm.
Every other ohm test passed within spec.
Installed and start the car and the rpms are still at 2000rpm.

HELP!!!:duh: :duh: :duh: :duh:

since it was off you will need to readjust the timing, and idle.
