please help? is there anything you can buy to not have to use the afm?

i am new to all this so any suggestioins would be helpfull....is there any computer or something you can buy to make it so you dont have to have a mass air flow metter?.. i know you can do this with a 22re but how about the 5mge... if you can where do i buy it from or who makes it..

a maf pro will convert the afm signal and send it to a map sensor, as of right now they don't have one for the 5mge tho. I'm sure if you send them a afm they could program one for you. acually its in my 4 runner now and i was trying to figure out a way to not have to wire up the maf .. thats about all i have left to do....thanks for the help. if you think of anything else i could know ..please let me know
