You can get an aftermarket ecu for almost anything, what engine are you running is the most important question, from your avatar I'd assume a 7mgte

not anything that plugs in to the stock harness no. you can put any setup you want on it with some time and effort. a MegaSquirt isn't 'that' hard to wire up to the stock harness, i know a couple people that have done it before.
if you do have a 7m then there are p&p ECU's for that.

I guess the important question is do you mean a standalone ECU or a piggback device working with the stock computer? If its a standalone there are no PnP type ones for the 5M, however, any of them can be used if you do a rewire. Most piggback devices can be used with a Mk2 though.
