to elaborate more, the mk2 ECU is archaic and is non-reflashable so we've all come to believe. A few have been in the past, but I believe they were BIG BIG $$$ and produced little results.

no, they wernt reflashed. jet just put a sticker on one of the chips and didnt change anything. 7m ecu cant be reflashed either. a whole new prom board would have to be put in just like the toms upgrade on the 7m ecu.your better off getting a full standalone.
