just to let you know that I will be on vacation until approximately August 13th. I have full access to a pc while on vacation and all 'business' matters will still be handled quickly and swiftly. Forum matters on the other hand will not be touched; so if you have any issues/concerns with the forums please contact any of the other mods/admins.

No man...just my usually Yearly trip to Michigan to visit nieces and nephews. The special trip is being reserved for October...get ready for another 500 pix post in mid October :). Well...maybe this time I'll break down and put them in a gallery :). :inout7xr:

I'm on Holidays till a week after the Toronto meet my Ho'ness!! I only mentioned the 13th as until that date I'll be out of town not using my own pc.

whats happening in mid Oct?

Time off work is booked; working out the details but:

* Land in SF and hang out with SF/Oak boys
* A drive down the Pacific Coast Hiway - preferable in a rental vette. I have MAJOR regrets and Joseph and I couldn't do this and it's MUST do.
* Caravan to SILV with the So-cal guys
* Back to Fresno; cruise to Yosemite National Park in Sidmans JellyBean and then do some much needed work on the site.

That's about it for now...like I said I'm still working on the details but should be almost as exciting as the trip that Joseph and I took at the begining of '06.

George, Pac. Coast Highway ---- I just drove it, with DK, at night :( 300 miles of some of the best road I have ever been on. Smooth, recently paved, and enough twisties, that even in the dark, it was a blast .... only the veiw was missing. "Cali - Ore. border"

I guess the memory goes south with age... :zzzzz:

PCH is 1, and the road we drove and just loved was the Redwoods Highway - Highway 101.

Remember the exits called 'Drive Through The Tree' - Next Right?

Unfortunately it's Lower Michigan; I'm at my brothers house which is 5mins frm the Indiana boarder...next week I'll be at my sisters which is about 10mins from the Ohio boarder.
