I have had spoken with him via e-mail, I don't think it is a PP, here is his response. I am trying to get the bumper for a friend of mine and he has also been slow getting a shipping price. He seems to be working alot.

Josh, color black with red interior. no sunroof. front bumper w/small spoiler. Excellent fendersand doors. interior not in real good cond. also have alloy wheels that could be brought back to good cond.
