The lower radiator support is threatening to rust in two close to the drivers' side frame rail. It appears as if I can remove the front facia, bumper, tow brackets, and drill the spot welds to replace it. Is it this that easy, or am I missing something. Other than this there is no rust on the car. There are three donor cars that have no rust whatsoever in the junkyard.
Thanks Guys/Gals,
Christopher

Are you talking about the corner bracket (commonly rusts from the battery acid) the suspension strut rod mounts to or the actual radiator support that goes across the front of the car? If you are talking about the corner brack it just bolts in. The radiator support is welded in. You'll need to drill all the spot welds and chisel it out and then straighten everything out and weld the new one in. I wouldn't exactly say it an easy 1 hr job though.

thanks, silvermk2. It is the lower one that goes between the frame rails. I figured that it would be a pita.
thanks again,
Christopher
