This has a pretty nice interior which is basically unheard of for Texas. A few pieces of trim and paint and this would probably be a nice mk2. If anyone long-distance is interested after contacting the seller, I could check it out for you since I'm local. Its been posted off and on for at least two years so I think seller may finally be willing to deal. Somebody needs to rescue this one while those particular trim pieces are still available.

I was interested in this car last year but decided to stay with the MKIII below. I think I have a zip file filled with a shitload of pics the guy sent to me. I'll see if I can find it. This car is nice and has the potential to be exceptional. I too can do a look over for you if pdupler is unable.

Phil...if that car was an automatic I would be on a plane to come and get it...My father in law wants a nice MK2 auto...keep your eyes out and let me know if u happen to find one...might need you to pic me up at DFW or DAL to get one.
