the detachable light doesnt work, it has a good ground, the bulb is new, and its getting power, any ideas why it wont work? and my sunroof is off track, how should i go about fixing that?

The light will only work when your parking lights and/or headlights are on...IIRC...

yup thats it...unless you run direct power to the little plunger thingy..

Things to keep for your "notes"...
Run a search... Type in "Online TSRM". When you find the link & click on it, bookmark the darn thing. You'll also find a bunch of stuff in there about the sunroof as well.

did you checked continuity in the coiled wire, end-to-end?
It may have broke inside because of being too twisted.
