noisy horn

i just put in a new stering wheel
i bumped the horn and the center piece sprung off and now my horm goes off any time the wire touches anything
me and a friend checked and double checked our setup and fuses but it just keeps honkin
so i left off the center cap and the wire is just bent out of the way
someone please help me
