need help with my steering problem

My car got stolen n they hit a curb so they broke one of my tie rod but I replaced it. Now its hella hard to turn the wheel you guys got any idea what's wrong with it.

Have you gotten a new alignment done? Also are you sure that the rack is still good? Jack the car up in the air still the front tires clear the ground, put a jackstand on both sides and then try to turn the steering wheel and listen for any sounds. Then try it with the car running.

I found out what was wrong with it. It was the rack and pinion and one of the control arm or steering knuckle. I replaced it and it is still pretty hard to turn but a little easier. Im just going to sell my car but thanks for the help tho.
