Wow what could I say it was just another fun day at Willow Springs International Raceway =]. We were at streets that day. It was me in my mk2, my friend ish in his 86 corolla, fris in his 81 rx7 and henry in his S5 na rx7. The only challenge I had was henry in his 7 not that we were racing just having a little fun. My car is almost stock except for the Swift springs 8 in front 6 in rear and a home made intake. I also have a welded 2 1/2 in. catback exhaust with no muffler for that day lol. It was really loud but everyone like the way it sound.I have a full fiberglass race seat and a classic nardi steering wheel. Oh and i was running some Toyo RA1s that day (shaved). Henry's 7 had coilovers, strut bars, and good tires forgot what kind. We were both head to head for a while till...his car started over heating. The problem was his water pump was leaking and so it was losing coolant =/. I own a 7 of my own by the way =]. He had to sit out the rest of the day. I was like man this sucks cause we were having so much fun but then i remembered their was a bunch of newbies on the track that day in our group. Oh and they were rolling in expensive cars like, a lotus elise, a M5, and some porsche that was turbo charged. They werent really good lol not to be mean but they sucked. I past only the M5 cause I was making him nervous i guess lol. The guy in the lotus was spinning out all day and the porsche was too fast on the straight. The only problems I had was overheating but other than that it was hella fun.

I would love to road race, but we don't have many courses around here. we have high school drags, but going fast in a straight line does not get me going... I saw the thread and immediate jealousy began :)
