Seamus,
I was really suprised that you never had something to say about that thread. I thought it could have been one of 2 things:
1) You really are a flaming faggot and are ashamed to admit it
2) With all the Post-Hoing you do you're bound to miss a post here and there.
I'm glad it turned out to be the 2nd one. :D

That's the problem with censorship.

One man's silly worthless thread obviously means something to the person that posted it. Don't think we should set ourselves up as judges of whether it is or is not. Just let it happen. If it is a worthless thread it will dies on it's own. Last thing we need here is ill will. Ridiculing someone elses post reminds me too much of the other stuff I see in other groups. We have stayed above that for the most part.

Does anyone else find these two statements contradictory?

Yes, I did. Sometimes I do think after I post and not afraid to admit when I was wrong. I could have just deleted it. I was still wrong.

oh, and here I thought you were just proving a point
I gotta agree with sloop on this. Like that Civic turbo race topic, personally I think it's lame, but what about someone here who owns a Civic, sure it's a Supra board, that's why most of us wont post about the Civic and the topic will die quickly. But I've posted about my old lincoln once or twice and that didn't get flushed, just died fast.

I think that this "toilet" is causing more harm than good, though in the realm of things it seems like a good idea stephen, its starting wars between members and turning this forum south. I agree that a stupid post will die if locked and maybe thats all we need...just some positive chriticism from me.....post on.....

Hey. If people have problems with items that are posted PM me. I'll take care of the crappy bidness.
Stephen should not always have to take care of the dirty work around here.
If anyone has anything constructive to post to this thread you're welcome to... unconstructive crap is unwelcome.

I could use a car wash... ;)
Seriously -- you guys need to understand that Stephen has been busting his ass trying to do the right thing. It's always easy to pick things apart... hard to create them though.

Constructive criticism (this section is a good/bad idea included) is what makes this board go round. The section didn't work out, thus was removed. No biggey for us, or the creators...
...we'll just keep flaming the hell out of crummy threads in their individual sections, like you are supposed to on internet forums.
--BillyM (I agree though the toilet was crappy (duh duhn chht), if your thread is crummy, let the people tell him, not one person decide if and when to deem it unworthy and move it.)
For example, say you have ____ opinion.
People walking down the sidewalk mention your ____ opinion is crap, thats fair outward opinion.
Now... would you be unhappy if the president decided your ____ opinion were crappy, and packed you and your shit up and sent you off to the middle of some dirty slum town in puertorico?
Leave it to the masses to show their opinions.
(this is in no way attacking the moderators, they are priceless. I am also not challenging your authority, just checking it a bit is all...)

Today, during my morning visit to the porcelain think tank, I gave an extra flush in memory of our ill fated toilet section :crying:
Here's one that should be locked: an O/S holy war!
http://www.celicasupra.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3652&highlight=
I hate/love/hate/love/hate these O/S war topics. I can't decide. But everytime I see it I'm tempted to post something else on it! Please save me from myself!
