I recently change my starter and check my battery (12v full). I found a blow fuse yesterday (15v) and replace (it was the horn fuse) i check each fuse then the car cranked right up. I let it run for 20 min. turned it off and restarted several times it turned on. Today when i turn my 84 celica i made a funny noise that was coming from the dash area. I let it run but didn't drive it. I turned it off Then it didn't turn on or even flash a check engine light, but the headlights work? Help me please!:sadsmilie
