85 5mge smoking problems...help

for some reason my car smokes after idleing. like i will be at a stop light for a couple of mins and take off. and it will shoot a decent sized blueish white cloud. then after that it will stop and wont smoke again until i stop again.

Sounds like valve stem seals have hardened. Not very expensive to repair.

whats an easy repair to u guys what exactly will i have to do. to know this out. i will be messing with the head rite

yeah supra sick your stems are toast well your better off just pulling the head or you can use the rope trick never tried it though.

ok. what exactly is the rope trick never even heard about that one. another question is this a serious problem like i need to do this tommarrow or will it be ok for a week or two watching my oil level of course?
