My passenger seatbelt seems to alway's be wet when it rains. It's leaking somewhere but cannot find where the hell the leak is coming from. Any suggestions?

I am gonna guess, the seal behind your b pillar is bad, which is then linking on to your seat belt through the bolt at the top that hold the seat belt in, and i don't think it's available anymore. I would take the b pillar off and look behind it to see if its leaking and go from there.

Sunroof drain is the other possible source...

Austin is correct, this is usually the 1st place to look for a leak.
B-pillar trim removal has been covered before, run a search.

That is not the only place !
In the bottom of the gutter there is also sealant that tens to crack and leak..

Thanks all. I think it's behind the B pillar also. I will check that out. Gotta get that fixed. Oregon's rainy season (Winter) is just about here.
Later all,

My vote is also for this ^^^^^^^. Sunroof leaking will probably be more extensive than just the seatbelt, obviously it could be from the B-pillar area, however, I've seen several supras with cracking in the gutter valley. Sometimes you need to clean out dirt, dust and grime from the gutter bottom to actually see the crack, and often it is only a crack about the width of a strand of hair. I also believe that the cracks occurs mostly on sunroof cars, and the cracks are caused by the flexing of the hood panel on the A, B, and C pillars over time.
If you are not sure about cracks, clean out the valley anyway and run a nice long thick bead of black or clear silicone in the base of the valley and fill it the length of the widow. If this doesn't fix the leaking you can leave the silicone there or pull it out, and check the other possible areas mentioned.

Is your passenger wet?
I've discovered the same problem with my 85, although its on the driver's seatbelt, so its not fun to drive it. When I park the car out in the open (when it gets rained on), I always take the seatbelt through the steering wheel and then click it in so that the part that will go across me dries out. I will have to check out my b-pillars this weekend perhaps.
