Hi,
I just bought an 86' Supra P type Red 5 speed. It has gray leather, the car is in good shape. I need a part:

- Gray Leather Drive Seat

Does anyone have a nice one, if so send me a picture.

Also does any one know if you can install the trip computer into a P type?

Thanks:eek4dance::thumbsup:

Trip computer on a analog / digital dash can be done, but medium skill level is required. I believe there might be s afew wires that need soldered, or mild cutting to get it to fit inside the housing.

Where in pa are you located?

Most driver's seats are pretty worn. You can usually take the seat covers off the pass. side and adapt it for the drivers. I did with my blue cloth seats. Perhaps it's only the left bolster that is worn, which is typical. I could provide you with some gray leather seat parts. I have a bolster in fair condition and a lower rear cover in good shape.
Also, it's best to seek parts in the "wanted" section. In any case, welcome to the site.

Trip computer are plug and play in a digi dash Ptype, as long as you have the 3 parts.
For an anslogue dash, you still need the 3 components, but also need to do some hands-on work.
PM me your email, I'll send you the info that was originally put up by Mike Webber.

my buddies P-type has the control panel for the trip computer, not sure about what it's missing. The professor would probably know what's up with it.

You need 3 things:
-The keypad, just right of the steering column,
-The display, which takes the exact same place as the cluster clock,
-The Cruise Computer, that installs behind the cluster.
