i just switched out my 5mge with a 6m. it is running o.k. but there is a little lag time on the jump and a little bog at times. i am 99% sure that it has to do with the vaccum lines. if you know antything about the 6m you know there are vac. lines on the 5m that are not there on the 6m. i am about ignorant when it comes to diagrams (wiring or vac.) and was wondering if there was anyone out there that may be able to help me out by maybe giving me a vac. diagram for dummies or some pics of where crap goes. it would really help out.

I'd get a picture of what you have first. Might be easier. I'd say its timing if it bogs or has poor response.

well the main 3 lines are atop of the throttle body (2 on the back, 1 on the side nearest the front end). then there are 2 coming off of the thermostat housing sensor, which i believe doesnt do to much unless you can reroute it as the 6m does not have the same vaccum lines running underneath the intake as the 5m does. tho if need be i will take some pics later on 2day and post them.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but 2 of the 3 from the TB ports are for egr, as well as the ports on the Tstat housing. The Blue Tstat housing ports can be left unhooked.

When you did the swap did you swap over all the components from your 5m or did you keep the 6m stuff?

To make things simple, you can get rid of the vacuum tree bolted to the bottom of the intake manifold.
You can take the small intake manifold vacuum line and run it (tee'd) to the heater, FPR, and cruise if you have it.
The vacuum line on the top of the throttle body would be for the charcoal canister, but it will go through the blue VSV on the water neck.
I'm probably going to put my vacuum tree back, but after I remove the hard lines that I don't need without having an EGR. Hopefully I can get some pics for you.

You are going to have to use your old throttle body, since you can see that the proper throttle linkage is missing.
